Returns & Exchanges Policy – Lash Hub

At Lash Hub, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality lash and brow care products with a smooth, satisfying shopping experience. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers


How to Return a Product

  2. Ship Your Product: Securely pack the item and send it to the return address provided by our team.

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

To exchange a product:

  • First, complete the return process for the original item.

  • Then, place a new order for the item you want.

  • Our team can assist you in expediting your exchange request.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly share clear photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
