Shipping Policy – Lash Hub

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping option for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–4 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,999/-

  • For orders below that amount, standard shipping charges will apply and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to stay updated on your package’s delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us for assistance.
